Parks & Recreation Board

The Parks and Recreation Board promotes the development and beautification of all parks within the City of Farmersville.  The Board also encourages expansion and strengthening of all recreation programs by partnering with groups such as the Little League Association and the Farmersville Riding Club.  The Board advises the Council on the allocation of City funds in the continuing development of the park system and recreation program.

Residency Requirement:  Board members must live within the corporate limits of the City of Farmersville immediately preceeding the appointment.

Term is for Three (3) years with a Two (2) year maximum.
