City Secretary

The City Secretary serves as the liaison between the City Administration and the elected City Officials. Some of the responsibilities of the City Secretary's Office include:

Coordinates municipal elections with Collin County
Custodian of official city records
Prepare agenda and minutes for all City Council meetings
Liaison to the Planning & Zoning Commission, Building & Property Standards Board, and Board of Adjustments
Agendas and minutes for Planning & Zoning, Building & Property Standard, and Board of Adjustments meetings
New and Renewal of alcohol permits
Countersigns and notarizes, if applicable, all necessary documents for the City
Provides general public service to citizens

Alcohol Permit Application (PDF) - Application for annual alcohol  permits.  Due by January 1st of  every year.
