Planning & Zoning Commission
The Planning and Zoning Commission reviews the proposed changes to the City's Zoning Ordinance and the Comprehensive Plan, subdivision plats and development plans and makes recommendations to the City Council.
The Commission also advises the Council on physical improvements of the City, including Capital Improvement programs and other changes or additions to the physical arrangement of the City.
Residency Requirements: Commission members must live within the corporate limits of the City of Farmersville for One (1) year immediately preceeding the appointment.
Term is for Three (3) years with a Two (2) term maximum.
