Criminal Investigation

The Criminal Investigations Division, or C.I.D., is one of the many crucial yet rarely seen divisions of the Farmersville Police Department. C.I.D. is tasked with the thorough yet timely investigation of any crimes committed within the city limits of Farmersville. In addition to performing crime scene investigations C.I.D. also handles the transfer of evidence to external labs for processing as well as prepping all cases for prosecution. The C.I.D. Detectives are available, by appointment, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and may be reached at (972) 782-6141.
