Cutting the ribbon at the Joe Helmberger Wastewater Treatment Facility

On Friday, May 29 friends and family of the late Joe Helmberger gathered in his honor. The occasion was a joyous one as the ribbon was cut to officially open the Joe Helmberger Wastewater Treatment Facility.
