Capital Improvement Advisory Commission

The Planning and Zoning Commission also serves as the Capital Improvement Advisory Commission to study and project land use of the City over a period of time to develop "Land use Assumptions." Using Land Use Assumptions, the Commission recommends a Capital Improvement Plan to ensure adequate infrastructure is in place to meet the City's ten year needs. Members appointed by City Council.

 

The Capital Improvement Advisory Commission meets on an as needed basis.
