Board Requirements

The Capital Improvement Advisory Commission studies and projects land use of the City over a period of time to develop "Land Use Assumptions."  Using "Land Use Assumptions," the Commission recommends a Capital Improvements Plan to ensure adequate infrastructure is in place to meet the City's ten year needs.

Residency Requirement:  All members must live in the City.

2 Terms - 3 years each.
