Abandoned or Unclaimed Property

The Farmersville Police Department Evidence and Property Room, in accordance with Texas Code of Criminal Procedure Article 18.17 as it relates to the Disposition of Abandoned or Unclaimed Property, is hereby giving notice to the public of the listed items. 

If the owner does not claim this property before the 90th day after the date of this notice, the property will be disposed of in a manner as described in Article 18.17.
