Board Requirements

The Building and Property Standards Commission hears and decides appeals of orders, decisions and determinations of the Code Enforcement Officer and serves as an advisory board to the City Council.

Residency Requirement: All members must live in the City or own real property in the City.

2 Terms - 3 years each. 4 members for quorum.
