Board Requirements

The Planning and Zoning Commission reviews the proposed changes to the City's Zoning Ordinance and the Comprehensive Plan, subdivision plats and development plans and makes recommendations to the City Council.

The Commission also advises the Council on physical improvements of the City, including Capital Improvement programs and other changes or additions to the physical arrangement of the City.

Residency Requirements: All members must live in the City.

2 Terms - 3 years each.
