Code of Conduct

All patrons are expected to behave in an appropriate manner. Any inappropriate behavior demonstrated by patrons of the Center will not be tolerated, and necessary action will be taken. 

Inappropriate behaviors consist of, but are not limited to acts of rudeness, threats outbursts, defamation, assault, disrespect, and failure to follow directions. The following action of any inappropriate behavior will take place whenever necessary. 

  • First occurrence Verbal warning will be issued
  • Second occurrence Written warning will be issued
  • Third occurrence 30-day suspension will be implemented
  • Fourth occurrence Indefinite suspension and Letter of Notification

The Farmersville Police Department may be notified at the discretion of the Board POC, based on any such occurrence at any given time. An immediate indefinite suspension will follow any acts of person-to-person physical contact.
